Application for Deferred Prosecution
The Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office requires individuals seeking deferred prosecution to fill out a form in order to determine your eligibility.
You are NOT eligible for deferred prosecution if you meet any of the following standards:
- You have a current CDL
- You are currently on a deferral or diversion program in any county
- You have an OWI/DUI in last 6 years
- You have a driving felony in last 10 years or have ever been convicted of a A or B felony
- You have ever been adjudged a habitual traffic violator or
- You are under 18 years of age and have a probationary license
